The National Garage Door Asthma and Allergy Scholarship is open to incoming freshman, undergraduate and graduate students attending or accepted to any accredited college or university within the United States. Scholarship applicants, who are incoming freshman, must be scheduled to enroll within one semester of the application deadline.
Applicants may be required to provide proof of asthma or allergy diagnosis. Failure to produce requested proof will disqualify the applicant.
National Garage Door Atlanta will consider all eligible applications received, and is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent applications from being submitted, received and/or considered. Any applications received after the deadline will also be exempt from consideration.
The winner of the scholarship will be determined by a selection committee of our choice, and by no other party whatsoever. All decisions of this specified committee are final.
Privacy: National Garage Door Atlanta will not sell, share or publicly distribute any personal information you provide in the completed scholarship application. Any and all personal information submitted will only be used for selection purposes. However, please note: the winner will be publicly named through an announcement our website and in other publicity channels. We may also choose to publish or publicly distribute a portion or the entire winning essay as well.
